I have been working on a list very similar to this. I love termies and I think having a squad of them teleport down in enemy lines or reinforce a position is awesome, my suggestions for them is to make em shooty - stormbolters and an assault cannon. Take a jump pack lt to go with them and all of a sudden you have a very scary deep strike unit. Now you have an option of dropping them in cover somewhere with great rerolls from the captain and lt. The shooty terms still come with powerfists, so if you need to assault something they are gonna clean house. Throw a thammer on the captain and lt and watch things melt in assault.

I would recommend buffering your devs with more marines in the squads. Losing those expensive lascannons quickly will suck. I like crouching tiger hidden plasma tacs but the option to go barebone scouts to save points is there if you choose.
