Been Around the Block





So, im spraying black primer. After checking the pieces i primed, looks like the last pass or so came out about ultramarine blue. Most of the area on the models is black. No question its the same can. Im sure it has to be a mixing issue. My question is: has anybody ever seen this before?

Sorry, no pics as i handpainted over the blue.

Sounds like pigments are separating. I'm often amazed when I pick up a bottle of paint I haven't used in a while and there are several layers of different colors in it, none of which look like the original until it's mixed up again.
