I know this guy is UK based but you could drop him an email - there's a Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. He's always replied to any queries I've had over the years about various connectors and airbrushes and his knowledge is pretty impressive.
I needed a female 1/8 in. to male 1/4 in. adapter and I found a brass one at one of the large home improvement stores. It's just a bushing from connecting pipes but it works fine. I would check near you to see if any are available.
