If I have a 2000 point army with 2 detachments, one CSM World Eaters and the other Khorne Daemons, what happens regarding...

1. If I use an HQ from my Daemon detachment, can I use warlord traits from the codex?
2. If a Daemon Prince is a part of the Daemons Detachment, can he still buff Legion as well as Daemons?
3. Can that same Prince take an Artefact from the CSM Codex?
4. Is there any point to fielding Khorne as my faction keyword, or is Chaos just the same?

1. Chaos Space Marine warlord traits can only be used by chaos space marines
2. It depends which of the 3.. maybe 4 different datasheets for daemon prince you use. At the moment there's no reason not to use the one that buffs CSMs but it will make your detachment a CHAOS detachment rather than a DAEMON detachment, but that doesn't really matter.
3. Yes, if both the daemon prince and your warlord are Chaos Space Marine (i.e. has the Legion faction keyword on thier datasheet)
4. At the moment it makes no difference
