I'm a returning player from 5th ed.

I am planning on buying a couple of Chaos Rhinos and want to equip them with combi-plasma and havoc launcher.

Do they come with the combi-plasma option and havoc launcher in the box?

My memory is they come with combi bolter/combi flamer, and havoc launcher. That's the quick answer, hopefully someone will correct me if i'm wrong.

Pretty much. You can rig combi bolster, or combi flamer, plus havoc launcher. It's not too hard to convert a combi plasma though...
