Command squads are 1x for each Temperstor Prime you have in that specific detachment, not in your whole army (pag 132). So, the list is not legal.

Well that sucks for me...thanks for pointing that out and providing the evidence...very much appreciated!

After thinking about this I'd probably have to move one of the primes into the vanguard, drop the other prime and convert one command squad to a dupe of the troop unit that's in the vanguard detachment but that ruins my supreme command detachment as it only leaves Celestine as an HQ...to the point where I think I need to go with an Aux Support detachment. Which means I need to choose between super sniper assassin or beat stick Celestine. Decisions, decisions...plus I lose a cp (really two in a round about way)
