It'll have a higher flow rate and spray thicker paint. Easier to do basecoats, harder to do fine detail work. I actually really like big nozzles, they're far less sensitive to thinning than the small ones. I do my priming and basecoats with a 0.7mm nozzle, go down to 0.5mm for medium detail work, and only go down to 0.3 for fine detail work. I did also have a 0.2 but I buggered the needle and never bothered to replace it because I didn't like the way it sprayed. Spraying with a 0.7mm lets you lay paint down almost as fast as a rattle can if you want, but still gives a lot more control than a rattle can.
