Okay so I mainly play against DE and Tau so things that get bonuses against Fly keyword is a must.
But it seems like my friends Razorwing Jet fighter has been a real pain in my side recently, I've been using my interceptor kitted out with the anti air weapons and somehow it manages to stay on the board.
So. I'm asking for some advice or if anyone would recommend the Stalker over the interceptor.

I Imagine the first nail in the coffin for the stalker will be that the interceptor has assault cannons so its not as restricted.

Stormtalon Interceptor with Lastalon, 2x Assualt Cannons and Skyhammer Missles, and it will eat alive all units with fly at a good points cost and a good looking model. Superior to the Stalker in just about everyway honestly. Its one of the least untilized units in our codex. Hope that helps!

A single flier can often be ignored.

Both suck. Either get a relic sicaran battle tank or a xiphon interceptor. The tank suffers no penalty to hit FLY. Even if the eldar flyer has -2 to hit, hard to hit and the psychic ability which gives -1 to hit, the tank ignores it. The xiphon interceptor has a 4 lascannons, suffers no penalty for moving and shooting heavy weapons, and get +1 to hit FLY. Which means it hits eldar tanks, jet bikes, etc. at 2+. And it has a rocket pod as well.

Yeah there’s some great forgeworld stuff. A stalker isn’t that good I’m afraid. You host a very low amount of damage done/point spent on stalkers. They are durable but flyers can largely ignore them.

A simple option is to just take stuff like mortis contemptors with lascannons. They just work against everything.

I use a stormhawk and it does quite well.
