With DG I'd try to take out one of those biggies with a blob of blight bombardment and biologus putrifier shenagian. Secondly Knight can be gunned down with focussed fire from lascannons, lord for rerolls and couple mortal wounds from your psykers. You'll lose models, but maybe an distraction unit of termies with good amount of dakka might help you in your cause.
