Just wondering, let’s say you use the Fire Frenzy stratagem on a helbrute to double the shots with a plasma cannon. It fires away, but puts a wound on itself with a 1. Takes the crazed test, rolls a 6 and gets to shoots again. Would the Fire Frenzy stratagem still be in effect? It says it’s as if it’s the shooting phase, so would it get to do double shots again?

The Stratagem is written in the context of the Helbrute's regular shooting in its Shooting phase, and doesn't say it applies to any time it shoots until the end of the phase, or until the beginning of its next Shooting phase or similar, so no.
