Hi Dakkas

I want to do some swampy water effects on some terrain stuff so it needs to dry hard for models to stand on.

Recommendations (stuff I can get in AUS) for products - does it need to be resin to dry hard?

Idk in your area sorry ,but two part resin (Envirotex lite if you have it) works well. This is what I used on my swamp board and it dried quite hard, allowing minis to stand on it.

AK interactive is a good brand tho, I've used several of their items, tho not water effects.
