Quick question about Psychic powers. If I conceal my Scorpions and then charge into combat, can the unit even fire overwatch? Just wondering because they would technically have to roll a 7 (-1 to hit for conceal). Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Overwatch ignores modifiers, so they'd still be hit on a 6+

From 'Overwatch':

Overwatch is resolved like a normal shooting attack (albeit one resolved in the enemy’s Charge phase) and uses all the normal rules except that a 6 is always required for a successful hit roll, irrespective of the firing model’s Ballistic Skill or any modifiers.

They can fire, since a 6 always hits in Overwatch. If there's other effects from the weapon, however, the modifiers would apply to those rolls - for example, if you normally had a gets hot with a roll of a 1, it would get hot in this case on a roll of 1-2.
