Does a squads of vehicles need to check Morale if they lost casualties?

Example: Armoured Sentinels can be taken in a squad of 3 and have a LD 7. If 2 are destroyed does the 3rd have to test for Morale and flee if it rolls a 6?

Nothing says they don't, and they are units. They test as other units.

Because Sentinels don't have a "Vehicle Squadron" rule making them independent units like (for example) Leman Russes do, they will indeed take morale checks as normal.

Keep in mind you'd have to take a minimum of 7 wounds in one turn and a potential maximum of 12 wounds in one turn in order to trigger this morale loss possibility.

Really valid issue for ork killa kans. They have LD6, amd in addition on a roll of 6 they blow in the face of their own unit with mortal wounds.
