I am starting a necron army, and I just bought a bunch of warriors / immortals from a friend.

I was wondering, is it possible to find alternative part for the "green part" of the warriors' gun ? they are green, but is it possible to find them of another color ?

Its prob the same person on Etsy because they are 4.99 as well, but he also has the monolith crystal sets to match

There is also another alternative, and that is to get the Gauss Flayers off the Ghost Ark as a bits order and swap those onto the Warrior Flayers. You get a number of them, they'll fit with the look on OTHER Gauss weapons in the process, which allows your army to unify its look.
