I quickly smashed this together in Photoshop because i have a few of these guy on my desk and don't really have any intention of playing Age of Sigmar with them because i already have a chaos army and very rarely play Age of Sigmar. So i was thinking they could make awesome thunderhammer stormshield terminators. What are your thoughts on this, has this idea been done to many times before? would you like to play against it, is it unique?

I think the armor looks too knight like to make for good space marines. But I think with the addition of some spikes and chains they would probably make really great chaos marines. Especially twisted khorne zerkers.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

Add some power tubing or the like to mech it up and you're good to go. I think it would look better as artificer armour, though.

I see more of h2h primaris marine rather than terminator but close enough presumably. Since there's no such primaris unit at least recognizable.

They make good BA Hammernators, since they look like a heavier version of the Sanguinary Guard.

Also I would like to note that the shield you used is MUCH larger in real life than you have it there.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

Have a buddy who uses stormcast eternal bits etc. to make Primaris-scaled marines (did so before Primaris) and they look pretty darn good. He does use a bunch of extra bits though, not just a head swap.
