I can't even begin to get my faces looking that good, the eyes and the facial hair in particular are really convincing.
What did you paint it with, a single hair plucked from the head of a vestal virgin? :-p

The first head I like the most for the detail, the stubble and the tufts at the side-burns and the incredible detail on the eyes is the real crowning glory over the whole paint job.
I assume the first model is on cork and the winter theme is on actual slate?
Now, I assume the "floating" helmet was dropped by the guy with the feet? Helmets really are wasted on the sons of Russ.
The ONLY critique I can give on ANY of these is cleaning up the blue/white glow on the plasma pistol: it is not as clean/neat as all your other good work and stands out.
Your photography skills with the colour balance is excellent as well.
