Tough Tyrant Guard

Original idea was to make a Red Terror more fitting with the modern Tyranid aesthetic. I wanted to keep a long and narrow shaped body, with a massive head and an overall V shape. Used the thicker, but smaller talons on the front legs because I thought they looked more like the kind of arms that might be used to dig or grab, and put the bigger talons in the middle. The head was a mix of a bio-plasma carnifex, swarmlord, mawloc and green stuff.

Went back and redid the tail. Needed a thick wire frame to support his fat head, and took the opportunity to pose him with his actual base in mind. I didn't have a 50mm present so I just went with the 60mm, and I think it's actually fine. Need to get some more rocks up on it though.

The back of the head is pretty light on detail, and I waited too long to put the three indents in so they didn't keep quite as deep as I'd hoped. Wondering if I should try to drill into the green stuff very slowly with a large bit to get the shape? Any other ideas how to achieve that shape?

Other thoughts?

Spoiler:
