I'm not a fan of that model as it comes, but you've really made it work well by adding in the correct elements. This is exactly how GW should have made it. Kudos!

Overall a cool look, the bone, skin mantle and black work well together!

It's amazing. But the empty right hand looks a bit fake. Try to give that archon another weapon, like a blaster or blast pistol.

Quoted for truth. You've managed to make it a more sensible pose in general while also imbuing it with the kind of arrogance to be expected from the DE.

Very good paint job, too. There's a lot of subtle variation to the flayed flesh which makes it much more relaistic.

That is an awful model and one of the worst in the entire Dark Eldar range. But you really pulled it off. I'm very impressed.

Very nice paint job. Amazing blacks and fabulous textures on the cloak.

Saw this guy on Instagram first and loved him there. The pose is perfect for an Archon, menacing yet patient. A massive improvement over the stock model. The use of greys and spot highlights to add depth to the black is expertly done.

What helmet is that? Amazing job!
