I've got some Kairic Acolytes that I'm using for a special project. However, they are all monopose models, and the muscles make me concerned about changing them and making the change look natural. Any suggestions on how I can change the poses to what I want and make it still look like natural musculature?

Exactly how do you wish to change the poses? The difficulty of changing the poses is probably going to depend on which joints you want to alter. For example, bending joints is probably going to be easier than straightening them, knees might be easier to mess with than elbows, and rotating the hips at all is probably going to be the most difficult.

Resculpting is the only sure-fire way. Failing that, trim and repose, then cover the affected areas with armour plates, fur, or similar detail.

Some things are pretty difficult others aren't too bad. Sometimes when you hack it up and glue it back together the limbs might be in the desired position but the muscles won't be, giving a very unnatural look.

But it depends on what you're doing. Touching up with greenstuff or covering with other detail is likely going to be necessary.

Mainly shoulders and elbows. Might do some knee/ankle work too. I just want some fashion magazine/JoJo style poses. Doesn't have to be perfect, just close enough.

Changes at the elbow are easier to accommodate as the arm naturally narrows. As a result, there's less to reshape and it's relatively easy to alter.

If you've got a separate lower arm, I recommend trimming above the elbow on the Kairic Acolyte to get a flat surface, then gradually trimming away the upper part of the spare arm, dry-fitting repeatedly until you get the position and angle as you want it. If it's plastic, poly cement will go a long way to hiding the join, and you can 'pour in' plastic filings to help fill any cavities.

For the shoulder, I recommend cutting into the torso itself, then replacing the arm completely.

There're two examples in my image below:
