Basically wondering what you guys think of:
++ Unbound Army (Faction) (Aeldari - Harlequins) [104 PL, 1957pts] ++
+ HQ [23 PL, 442pts] +
Shadowseer [7 PL, 134pts]: 1. Twilight Pathways, Shuriken Pistol
Troupe Master [4 PL, 77pts]: Fusion Pistol [9pts], Harlequin's Caress [9pts] x 4
+ Troops [28 PL, 480pts] +
Troupe [7 PL, 120pts] x 4
. Player [1 PL, 24pts]: Harlequin's Caress [9pts], Shuriken Pistol
. Player [1 PL, 24pts]: Harlequin's Caress [9pts], Shuriken Pistol
. Player [1 PL, 24pts]: Harlequin's Caress [9pts], Shuriken Pistol
. Player [1 PL, 24pts]: Harlequin's Caress [9pts], Shuriken Pistol
. Player [1 PL, 24pts]: Harlequin's Caress [9pts], Shuriken Pistol
+ Fast Attack [15 PL, 315pts] +
Skyweavers [5 PL, 105pts] x 3
. Skyweaver [60pts]: Haywire Cannon [14pts], Zephyrglaive [11pts]
. Skyweaver [45pts]: Shuriken Cannon [10pts], Star Bolas
+ Heavy Support [18 PL, 324pts] +
Voidweaver [6 PL, 108pts] x 3
. Voidweaver [6 PL, 108pts]: Prismatic Cannon [20pts], 2x Shuriken Cannon [20pts]
+ Dedicated Transport [20 PL, 396pts] +
Starweaver [5 PL, 99pts]: 2x Shuriken Cannon [20pts] x 4
Should give me a battalion + vanguard, either way im sure it fits into a combination of detachments
With only what 10 different units for Harlequins im not sure lists would even vary too much from this...
Essentially, Troupes + Troupe masters in star-weavers, run up board, do shenanigans and jump back into the webway.
--------------------------------------- On a separate question IF i opted to do Dark eldar + Harlequins, what mix 75% harlequin 50% harlequin? The thought had crossed my mind of trying to put to voidravens in the list which might help shift focus away from my glass hammers... Goal is alot of harlequin fun, with some viability for "actually trying to win first" vs "having fun first, win second"..

Looks solid and pretty straightforward.
The new meta will tell if an army like that can be successful.

I think you need to put some fusion pistols in. Without them, you're going to struggle against tanks.
Also, what's the deal with the Skyweaver setups? If I understand your formatting, you have 3 units of two, and in each units you have opposite loadouts? I find the haywire cannon extremely weak, and the star bolas not really worth it, on a platform that is itself pretty bad.
My advice would be to first drop a troupe master, so you start with the shadowseer embarked. On first turn you can disembark 3", move 8"+D6, and cast twilight pathway on a Starweaver that moved closed to the shadowseer. That way you have a good chance of putting a starweaver within melta range on T1. It also removed your number of drop by 1 and protects the shadowseer.
By also removing some Skyweavers (they're really not that good), you should get some points to buy some fusion guns for your troupes. You could also replace some caresses with embraces, to get a few more points and more variety.

Point taken,
If I were to both put in more fusion pistols and find space for a voidraven (dark eldar flyer) would that make target priority for an opponent a little harder?
