Hey Dakka!

Quick question - I'm looking for an Incubi Darkness equivalent from the Vallejo line, but it is not on the Dakka Conversion Page, and i can't find anywhere that suggests the correct conversion. Some people have said to try "Scurvy Green", but i purchased it and it looks much closer to Kabalite Green.

Does anyone have an idea of what paint I should be using? is it supposed to darken up significantly when I apply the Coelia Greenshade?

Looking through my Vallejo paints I don't have an equivalent. Scurvy green is too light, but if you mix a little Dark Sea Blue into it you would be close... Just a touch.

An easier mix might be a 50/50 mix of Dark Sea Blue and Turquoise, but I haven't tried it... it might not be green enough.

Is there a specific reason why it has to be Vallejo?

My INSTAR paint line is launching soon and we offer exact GW shades, in various sizes at a more competitive price.

The Conversion Chart is for the closest match; many are not exact and some are nowhere near.

I use Vallejo extensively, there's nothing that comes close to Incubi Darkness straight out the bottle.

Scale 75 Despair Green is probably the nearest match I've come across and that's a bit too dark and doesn't have enough blue in it.

I'm thinking about using Scurvy Green and washing with Drankhof Nightshade to put more blue in it and darken the colours - I'll update ya'll tonight if it works.
