I've seen quite a few lists that use Be'lakor and he is "equipped" with the spell Diabolic Strength.

I am under the impression, since it states, "Select a Heretic Astartes Unit". That Be'lakor himself cannot be the target of three of these spells?

I'm hoping someone can show me where I am wrong. As I wish he could be the target of these spells.

He doesn't have the keyword, so he can't be targeted.

He doesn't have the right keywords to be the target of the spell. He only has access to that power due to some wishy washy "Your thousand sons may use the codex powers" flub from the community website.
