Hi Everyone!

Just a quick update, we've updated the website a bit and changed the email address where you can contact us, the old email that was listed seem to be bouncing back emails to the sender, we are looking into it so in the meantime we have added a different email address where you can contact us with any questions you might have, suggestions etc.

There is also a Facebook link as well if you want to like our Facebook page as well to keep up to date on events when we're not on here!

INSTAR Paint

On another note, we have created our first metallic

This took a lot longer than we thought, main thing was finding a base that was suitable for creating them, thankfully an old contact from my previous job helped me out immensely in this area. At the moment we have only created one metallic that isn't close to any GW shade at the moment as it is just a test metallic, but it's pretty impressive and easy to apply to a model with just one or two coats (Depends on what you're doing....)

I decided that as I was in the middle of painting a Salamander Space Marine I'd use this new metallic shade we made on the areas which needed to be gold, it went on just as easily as the GW Leadbelecher shade (On the boltgun) and gave extremely good coverage as well as maintining it's brightness and drying quickly enough to allow me to add a wash minutes later.

I'm not the greatest painter in the world but we needed something to show you guys the metallic we made. It has also being painted exclusively with INSTAR paint, the only exception is the Leadbelcher and Runefang Steel on the Boltgun.

I actually haven't really painted a model in almost 10 years so i'm really rusty and I guess you could say I've gone back to being quite green (No pun intended).
