I need to ask something. What happens if i have a raven guard list and i decide tu use a 6 men agressors unit with the strike from the shadows stratagem? Do they benefit from the fire storm rule or not because they are treated as reinforcements?

They do not because they are set up before the first turn begins. Reinforcement rule stats "Many units have the ability to be set up on the battlefield mid-turn".

Before the first turn is not mid-turn.

They are not treated as reinforcements, so they could remain still in the subsequent movement phase and benefit from Fire Storm.

The rule for reinforcements says : "Many units have the ability to be set up on the battlefield mid-turn, sometimes by using teleporters, grav chutes or other, more esoteric means. Typically, this happens at the end of the Movement phase, but it can also happen during other phases."

It says "mid-turn" and also "during other phases."

A unit that strikes from the shadows comes into play at the beginning of the first battle round. The beginning of a battle round is neither mid-turn, nor during other phases. They can use the fire storm rule.

Yes, even in matched play. The Matched play limit explicitly exempts pre game stratagems.

I assume that although you can use this Strategem as many times as have CP's for it.

You still need to for fill the basic deployment rule of 50% of army on the board. Then can strike from the shadows with all the other units if have enough CP's

Reinforcements =/= Matched Play Tactical Reserves
