can someone please identify the flyer in the pic with the lictor ? its not a stormraven as the nose guns are to low and not a stormtalon as the guns are not on a turret. it dosnt look any imperial flyer ive seen. am i imagining things ? its in the pic of the lictor in the warhammmer comunnity about the nid units.

Yes, Valkyrie painted in the MT scheme.

but the shape is all wrong and those look like weapons on the nose and pointing in different directions. the imperial symbol is hugh on the front aswell. valkyiers only have a small symbol.

It is a Valkyrie. Painted in the Deltic Lions colour scheme, but definitely a Valkyrie or Vendetta.

Looks like the nose with the gubbins on it.

It's not facing different directions, it's just the angle of the photo. It's the antennae on the front, painted metallic. What looks like it's sticking out is just the underbelly of the nose.

It's just not in focus and a strange angle.

so no one else see's that the imperial symbol is a skull with wings and the so called antenia has a gap between the the two metal parts on the under side of the nose. the antenna is the long antenna with two like little boxs beside it.

It's a Valkyrie.

to be fair it doesnt look like a valkyrie to me either but then again the picture is super blurry.
it looks more like a storm raven in shape but there are some bits that dont make sense.

The white skull with gold wings on the nose could be a transfer instead of the Aquilla bit that is normally placed on the nose, but a google search has failed me.

The black part to the right and behind the nose looks like the air intake beneath the cockpit:

dont forget that Valks have like 3 or 4 different nose assemblies with sensors and antennae, just nobody uses a few of them because they have an awful tendency to break

By the looks of it, it's one of these two (yes, only two. The third one is a photoshop copypaste of the other missile pod valkyrie) valks:

Ah, the good old Valk with the aerofoils on backwards...

Looks nothing like Valkyrie to me. There looks to be clear ramp like assembly and Lower end of the front canopy is chunkier than rest of body, forming an angle. None of the Valkyrie pictures you post have that angle, and the front isnt nearly as square-like on valkyrie.

The front reminds me of Storm Eagle and Thunderhawk and Sokar Stormbird, but after comparing it doesn't look exactly like any of those.

It's either a Valkyrie or a Vendetta.

It's been modeled with its landing gear down and with the horrible mode sensor equipment that others have pointed out that NO ONE uses as it's as sturdy as a Cadbury's Flake.

Can this discussion end? It's been proven by many different posters that it's a Valkyrie/Vendetta.

Uh, no. It's a Valkyrie. The shape matches exactly if you're familiar with the model, and lots of small details are the same. Unless GW decided to make a new flyer using 95% of the Valkyrie kit then it's just a Valkyrie.

It looks more like a raven than a valk, could it be a storm eagle or fire raptor? Nvm the eagle has no guns on the front sides and the raptor is different altogether. Still looks like a raven to me, the valk pics linked in this thread show flat bottoms from the nose back, I see atleast one angle in the bottom of the flier linked.

No, it's a valk. Even I can clearly see that (and I wear glasses now)

if you look closely at the blurry shape of the flyer's nose you can see it has the same trapezoid shape and that the front bottom tapers back. You can also see the dark block next to and under the cockpits with 2 circles inside, that's the front of the side weapon where the barrels poke out.

You can also see the end of the wing if you look where the front, in focus building ends.

It doesn't look like anything to me... /westworld
