Attempting to build a force that can deal with both mech and horde spam, with devastating first turn potential; Alaitoc of course helps with survivablity. Plan to deploy very defensively using terrain to block LOS and having rangers in as much cover as possible while building a Guilliman style bubble around the Autarch for +1 (Rangers will serve as bubble wrap). Farseer Dooms the main threatening target each turn, while the Warlock Conclave uses the stratagem to get double range on Jinx to lower invuln saves on titans and monsters.

Dark Reapers will start off hidden in case not going first, then jump out since moving doesn't hurt their Heavy Weapons.

Looking for weaknesses in the list and possible counters to it, before I drop all the cheddar on it.

Your Banshees. They need rides. 'Course, an opponent is going to focus on the DRs first, but the banshees don't seem to fit in here.

Either Hawks for volume conscript killing or Scorpions for your h2h that *can* get in h2h Turn 1.

Conclave:
It makes no sense in having the 2 WLs in a conclave. Is there a benefit I'm missing? Separate them to give another casting power, because together, they can only cast one power and deny one, while separate, they can each cast their powers.

2 of the Banshee squads could go in via Webway Strike. They are an amazing shock troop for tying things up. They only need a 6 inch charge. I use them, but I run them in their own detachment under Saim-Hann to make that a 6 inch charge with re-rolls. It all but guarantees it.

...that big sanction stamp of APPROVAL means it's OFFICIAL. No, I don't have to ask you for permission. D-cannons win games.

Banshees only get the bonus 3 inch on a turn they advance, which they cannot do on a turn they deepstrike. From the webway, you need to make that 9" charge.

Nice catch, yeah, that changes things quite a bit.
