I know there were some who were into this superhero/villain game from the various KS projects, well it looks like they're following the recent trend for consolidation and stepping back from the retail aspect to concentrate on game design from the following facebook announcement

Pulp City

Citizens! News update from Pulp City. We are delighted to announce that we are launching our partnership with Wargamer, company renowned for their brilliant By Fire and Sword game (@byfireandsword) but also one with established distribution. This will let us focus on what we do best - creating great models and great rules for them and giving you the best super hero game out there. More details will follow, but if you are attending Crisis in Antwerp this weekend, make sure to stop by their booth and talk about Pulp City (also, see display models). Over the next months, Wargamer will handle a dedicated retail package of Pulp City miniatures (more starter type boxes) and all catalogue - new and old. — feeling excited.
