Autarch Skyrunner is one of the first units so that I can use Path of Command on the WebWay Strike.

Illic, Rangers and WebWay Strike unit (most likely Fire Dragons) in Tactical Reserves

8 Reapers, Farseer and Conclave in the Twin Shuriken Cannon Wave Serpent
6 Dire Avengers within 3"
3 Reapers, SpiritSeer, 7 Banshees in Scatter Laser Wave Serpent
5 WraithGuard and Warlock in Bright Lance Wave Serpent
17 Storm Guardians
10 Dire Avengers in front of the Storm Guardians


Hope to go first. Will disembark everything in the Twin Shuriken Cannon Wave Serpent, Embark the 6 Dire Avengers and race across the board to where the Web Way Strike will happen.
Webway Strike the Fire Dragons out and shoot at 9+" away and then Fire and Fade into that Wave Serpent.

Will move the Wraithguard and Banshee Wave Serpents up to threaten.

Farseer will use Farwarned with the 8 Reapers and the Dire Avengers will screen the Storm Guardians from Deep Strikers.

2nd turn will unload the 3 Serpents to hit whatever. The Fire Dragon Serpent should be at -2(-3) to hit for most threats Will spend 2 CPs to have -1 to hit Strategem. Of course they have to worry about the Wraithguard Serpent or the Fire Dragons. The Banshees will not be a concern for them so no spirit stones on that Wave Serpent. One of the Serpents should die from shooting or CC. Hoping the Dire Avenges can screen and soak up some hits from the Fire Dragons if this is the target. WraithGuard can take care of themselves.

Autarch will stay back with Farseer on the Dark Reaper firebase, Will use a lot of CP Strategems and the Storm Guardians will benefit from Black Guardians, Disdain and Doom/Autarch Rerolls if there are deep strikers. (26 wounding hits on T4 target)

Fire Dragons get a 2nd turn of shooting(this time with melting),WraithGuard vaporizes, Banshees charge, and the 3 Dark Reapers clean up any loose ends or characters. The Wave Serpents pour shots into any other targets

Finally Illic and the Rangers hold objectives and target survivors/Characters.

Thoughts?

I don't think I have a Relic that is a perfect fit.
I would like to get one more Protect/Jinx and Conceal/Reveal in there.
I would take my Warp Jump Generator Autarch but I wont have him for a month yet.

Will the Farseer be better served with Executioner or some other attacking power?

If my Storm Guardians plus Autarch plus smite cant handle deep strikers then what?
