Biovores and Spore Mines are pretty great this edition. Unfortunately, biovores are expensive metal/finecast models and not so hot looking to begin with. And spore mines are lumpy expensive boogers. What are some conversions people have done for both? Post em here and give everyone some ideas! Here’s a biovore I made out of a tyrannofex gun and a reaper model.

I like the idea of using that gun, but I do not think it is a good conersion. It needs more of a body. Good catch to use the gun though.

Gluing on topp of tyrant guards work well.

The best i have seen uses either warriors or Hive guard bodies and glues A deathspitter with some greenstuff.

Agreed, I wish GW would make a box of 3x biovores for like $70 like the Hive Guard Kit.

Here's one I did some 8 years ago when i first joined Dakka using spare carnifex bits and a spare warrior face and some scytals.
It's a bit small there days but was a pretty good likeness for the original biovores.
