Detachment arrangements don't change how keyword abilities work. They will always function as written (which may require a detachment of just one faction, but I think you know which ones those are)

Random battlescribe errors are random, have you declared a regiment for your guard detachment ?

Yes. Abilities still work off Keywords, you just don't get Chapter Tactics/Regiment abilities etc.

Aura's don't care about detachments, pure or otherwise.

Battlescribe is not a good way of determining "errors". What exactly is the error you're getting.

His error will be that he hasn't chosen a regiment - whether or not they get the benefit you need to add it to the No Forg Org section as if it were a unit, then choose a Regiment.

Battlescribe is assuming you are running a detachment with a single regiment keyword to be shared for the detachment, and haven't selected one yet. In reality you don't have to pick one, even though most people do because that's the only way to get the regimental doctrine.

Battlescribe is a very useful tool, but always remember that it is not exhaustive, not official, and not infallible. Even within the app, different factions are sometimes programmed differently, as different people will have worked on them.

Always use the codex as the primary reference, and Battlescribe simply to help you add up points and summarise rules.
