Hey all! I wanted to get some thought on my list.

Generally I play against average guard players so lots of bodies and decent cheap Armour.

A few of my choices may be sub optimal but I have had a lot of fun playing with this list.

DG Battalion

HQ
-Typhus ( Putrescent Vitality, Miasma of Pestilence)
-Daemon Prince of nurgle (Wings, Malefic talon, Superating Plate, Blades of Putrefaction)

TROOPS
- 20 Pox Walkers
- 15 Cultists
- 5 Plague Marines ( 3 Plasma Guns)

ELITES
- Foul Blightspawn
- Foul Blightspawn
- Foul Blightspawn

FAST ATTACK
-Foeted Bloat Drone (Plague Spitters)
-Foeted Bloat Drone (Plague Spitters)
-Foeted Bloat Drone (Plague Spitters)

LOW
-Morty (Miasma of Pestilence, Blades of Putrefaction, Plague Wind)

Chaos Space Marine Patrol Detachment
- Chaos Sorcerer (Force Sword, MOS, Warptime)
-13 Cultists

For a total of 6 CP.

Generally the game plan is to overload the opponent with threats between the prince, Morty and the 3 Bloat Drones.
All the while the mob marches up-board with the threats of Typhus, The Sorc, and the 3 Blightspawn mixed in for flavour.

Anyways! Let me know if you have any ideas on how I could keep the general flavour of the army and still improve it.
Anyone have any success with other threat overload type lists?

Thanks!

3 blightspawn
Why not save a CP and move one mob of cultists to a patrol detachment?

Automatically Appended Next Post:
That would unlock chaos marine stratagems too, which can be handy

Hand the ball to Morty, flank him with a flying Prince with Talons x2, head up the middle. That will pretty much rip the guts out of anything that isn't tailor made to beat it. That specific scenario is why I include a Culexus Assassin with Tiguris in all my armies now. Barring a tragedy I can get one round of Null Zone off and hopefully drop Morty's invul save and then him in that one round. Not a perfect plan but I haven't come up with a better one. Mortrarian is just that beastly.

Of course I can think of three or four of the more absurd Eldar combo's that might do the trick better. Still, I think you'll go far with this list.

"The Ultramarines are here to save us!"

"Those are the Sons of Orar."

"O R they!"
