What psychic powers were you thinking about giving them? You are lacking a lot of anti armor punch. Unless you do everything close up. But by the time you get there not sure what you will have left.

Footslogging is slow way to die. The army lacks anti-armor.
Think about an AM list with Baneblade, four Leman Russes, 3x30 Conscripts, and 2 Ratling units (keeping your teleporting unit at bay).
