Couldn't find an answer through google, simple question, can an overlord used MWBD on itself?

As far as I can see in the necron codex it meets the criteria. The closest comparison I can find is with auras, characters are affected by their own aura unless stated otherwise, so is there something in the big red that would say you can't?

Anything that says you CAN't? Not to my knowledge. You should be able to MWBD yourself all you want.

Yeah, an Overlord can MWBD themselves the same way a Captain benefits from his own reroll aura.
