My main question is can is use Gifts of Decay on the death guard Daemon Prince as I have a Death Guard detachment in the list ? Also can I give the Legion keyword Iron Warriors to the Cultists in the
Chaos Brigade, I know I won't benefit from any special rules but will I benefit for the Cold and Bitter Warlord Trait, same with Fire Raptor and Miasma of Pestilence from DP.

Rough ideas are to use the Obliterators and Endless Cacophony, Daemon Shells from WL Combi-Bolter, Chaos Familiar for Warptime on Mortarion. Daemon DP can either hang with Mortarion or
2 other Daemon Princes (All Nurgle) with Fleshy Abundance. Prescience on IW DP for Fire Raptor, Miasma on DG DP so if Mortarion goes down I can get a -2 to hit on the Fire Raptor. Tide of Traitors if needed.
I'd like to hear what you guys think if this is a legal list.

Daemon Princes move up behind Mortarion, who uses Chaos Famliar to Warptime forward. If Morty dies, use Tide of Traitors to get a Cultist meatwall for the princes to hide behind. Daemons DP can heal Morty or 2 other Princes. Used both Gifts of Chaos and Decay for extra relics, I think its worth 2CP to beef them up. Fire Raptor is there to either take pressure of Morty or to be a target for Miasma off the
DG DP if Morty dies. I can use Fleshmetal DP to keep Tide Cultist blobs from running once I am up field.

Do you reckon it's got enough offensive, I feel losing the Oblits was a big dent but with the Relics and Chaos Familiar on Morty I have only 6CP left and the oblits eat 3 CP on the drop (Endless Cacophony & VOTLW) so maybe I'm better off without.

Edit : CSM DP's spells are Prescience for the Fire Raptor, and either Diabolic Strength for buffing a DP or Delightful Agonies for buffing a cultist blob

Looks wierd but works ok.
You lose objective secured in your soup detachment which isn't great.
