Obliterators and Mutilators are horrible. Awful. Sculpt wise, I mean. I love the thought of daemonic corrupted Termies, but they are far too old to look good at this point. Anyone know any good ways to convert stuff to make something else look like them?

I use these as Mutilators: https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-FI/World-Eaters-Legion-Red-Butchers

I made these fellas out of Ogryns, and some assorted Ogre and Chaos bits.
I'm really not a fan of the melty-cheese terminators, and wanted to have big hulking brutes wielding powerful daemon weapons. With the changes to 8th's obliterator weapons, they work even better now that they aren't specifically shooting melta/las/plas/flamers.

McGibs... those things are BEAUTIFULL.
The weapons... the pseudo-beastmen/rhino/minotaur heads with the Terminator helmets.... omg.

Really, how do you people come with those ideas?

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.

Those are pretty awesome. Makes me want to grab some Renegade Ogryn's to play around with: https://www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-AT/searchResults?qty=com.gamesworkshop.endeca.EndecaUserContext%40391d7b86&sorting=&view=&Ntt=ogryn+

The upcoming "easy build" Primaris Aggressors plus some spikes seems like an idea.

It’s one unit of centurions, 3 hellbrutes, a unit of warp talons and some pieces of dark Eldar raiders.

skaven stormfiends look like they would make a good base model. Just a headswap, some new guns and remove the tail and you're basically done. Add spikes as needed.

I've seen both Agressors and Centurians converted into Oblits, both look great.
