Hi everyone,

Came across an interesting idea over the last holiday weekend.... Making terrain pieces out of the trash plastic which washes up on the beach.

Of course it's a good thing to get the plastic off the beach. And, when the plastic has been tumbled around and bashed and bleached and so on it ends up looking like very weathered stone or concrete.

We tried using some for minature basing (which we're not very good at otherwise) and it worked out really well

Also.... I'm trying to find a photo of the big piece of a *milk crate* we found. I gave it to the manager of our local hobby store because it looks SOO much like heavily beaten up concrete - and perfect for 40K terrain. He has some ideas on how to work it into tabletop terrain
