I am making some necromunda bases.

I have some old weatherinmg powder from forge world.

I brushed the dust pigment on.

Unsure what to do next, I washed them a bit with Lahmian medium. So far so good. However. Do I need to seal them? Does Lahmian Medium just vaporise, or does it contain something that binds the pigments?

I’m pretty sure it binds the pigmentsif you apply them to it when it’s still wet.

While I haven't tried it myself, I think it should be fine, Lahmian medium doesn't just evaporate off, it's a matted down acrylic binder.

I regularly make a slurry with weathering powders (ground up chalk) and matte medium. It works great. I believe Lahmian medium is just GW's version, so it should be fine.
