Hi Everyone,

Been a bit quiet recently but with Christmas just around the corner, everything has ramped up in my day job so long hours and back to back shifts makes for one very tired person!

However, the web store is slowly coming together, i'm finding that harder to do then create paint weirdly.

In the meantime, I'm INSTAR Vintage still needs help, you can click on the link below if you can help out!

INSTAR Vintage - The list of colours needed

During the time I've been away, one of the sample packs I sent out all the way back in September managed to find their way back to my hometown and into the hands of a rather gifted painter, as my details were still in the box he decided to give me a shout and show me what he managed to do with the paint. Given that the colours were Black, White, Yellow, Green, Blue and Red, he managed to mix them up to create this little piece of magic

and this is normally what he produces with normal Citadel Paint

To say I was blown away was a bit of an understatement and just shows how good these paints are and how they stack up to the larger players in the field at a much more affordable price per ml.

We have been working though on our business cards to make them a little more...useful, we made two designs thanks to some help and ideas form various local groups and created these

White Paint Swatch version

Black Unit Card

The Paint swatch is on a glossy card so you can mix up paint on the card and record how you did it so if you ever wanted that colour again you had a reference point to go to and the unit cards were designed on Matte cards so that you could keep your unit details on something a little less bulky.

Once the Christmas period has cooled off, we should be able to start speeding things up and give another update on our progress!

Looks great. If shipping to the states is affordable I will make an order just to support your entrepreneurship.

From what my testers told me a few months ago, the shipping rate was very good and quick getting to the states, the larger bottles have to go in a bigger package though so the cost does increase a bit, but it's still good value given the amount of paint you recieve.

Thank you though for the support, there should be some more pictures coming soon!

Good to hear from you again and I hope you're well!

Thanks for the feedback on the cards, they look even better in real life

The unit cards are kind of more suitable for smaller squads due to the amount of room available to write on, but it should be enough for most armies.

And as always, thank you for the support

Reading your thread got me to get my paints out again.
That, and getting a paper out, and an abstract, and a few things done, so am taking some time for hobby before the darkness descends yet again...

Great pics and glad to see you progressing with this venture.

One comment on the unit card. There is no longer an initiative stat for 40k and weapons now have damage stats in addition to strength and ap. If you could drop the I column and add a dam column for weapons it may be more useful.

Looking forward to the web store launching and best of luck as always.
