Death-Dealing Devastator

Was just spit balling this list earlier today, thought it might be fun to play. Lot of interesting lore regarding Harlies, Cypher, and the redoubtable but easily manipulated and confused Greyfax, so I thought I'd slap this together as some sort of secret strike force working with a mysterious agenda revolving around hunting some gnarly psychic Daemon monster. Anyways, 2 battalions and a Vanguard detachment if it can be played that way.
HQ - 617pts

Well, it's a non battleforged narrative only non competative list. What sort of feedback do you want here?

Yes, we need to know what type of feedback you're looking for.
You only have footsloggers, is the battle supposed to take place in hallways or inside a ship? Otherwise, Harlequins would probably ride Starweavers and Skyweavers.
I don't know anything about how Harlequin weapons interact with daemons, but I remember reading about caresses being used to remove someone's heart from their body (it allows the hand to bypass everything and reach inside the body). I don't know how effective this type of weapon would be against daemons, compared to a kiss.

I guess I was wondering if anyone had used a list that resembled that one, and if so how it fared. I don't expect it will do too well since it's lacking any long range punch, but seems kind of fun. Trying to figure out how I could convert it a bit to make a Matched Play list for more general use that might also win a few matches, but frankly that just doesn't seem possible given the Faction limitations. I'd like a list that makes people go "wft?" when they see it and is a little outside the normal mathhammer box. A tall order I know, but I'm still new to this and figure someone out there might have a suggestion.

In terms of raw power, your list is very very vulnerable to any weight of fire. Harlequin troupes are expensive and just T3 1W models, they die easily. The -1 to wound from the shadowseer helps a bit, but anything in rapid fire range will destroy your guys. That's why most people put their troupes in Starweavers. It's meant to be played that way (both fluffwise and gamewise), unless you're playing on a very busy board like zone mortalis.
Also, you could give your acolytes special weapons. Acolytes are a very expensive platform for what they do, their main redeeming quality is their access to a wide range of weapons. It gives them character (you can model each one differently), but also some type of purpose on the table. 2pts stormbolter are an obvious power choice, but if you're not going for the min/max option, you can mix different stuff, like a couple combi-weapons.
