Lone Wolf Sentinel Pilot

Hello, as the title says, I m looking for advise how to play with necrons. NO way I m reading 150 pages of tactica that started at 7th edition. I always had trouble how to play with durable armies, anyways I m trying to maximize that trait. Big units of warriors backed up with Cryptek. This is what I m thinking..

-E- Lychguard (10, swords, shields) 370
-E- Triarch Stalker (twin heavy gauss cannon) 181

A horde approach should be viable in this edition.
The new codex will surely bring some tools to improve your army.

Okay cool, few more question;
Is nightbringer any good?
How does warrior horde deal with vehicles and monsters?
Which characters are good options and why?

Loyal Necron Lychguard

Nightbringer has bounced between awesome and useless from game to game for me. If you leave him too exposed, he dies very quickly. If you hold him too far back or deploy him in the wrong spot, his relatively slow move and short range keep him from doing much. However, give him a good screen of scarabs and plonk him down in the right spot, and he gets nasty.
Short answer - they don't. Necrons don't have really good ways of dealing with big models right now. The best options are usually Tesseract Arcs and Pylons, but both are FW so are expensive. Outside of those options, I've been using Stalkers. They aren’t great, but 2-3 will usually get the nastiest targets.
I'm underwhelmed by all of the named characters right now. Orikan can do some work, Anrakyr does great with some Lychguard if you can manage to get get them to a target together., Zandrekh and his buddy can do some nasty but highly inefficient deployment shenanigans with the Deciever. Really though, I usually don't bother. The nightbringer is the only named character I ever really use. All the other options just don't bring enough to the table to justify their cost.

++ Heed my words for I am the Herald and we are the footsteps of doom. Interlopers, do we name you. Defilers of our
sacred earth. We have awoken to your primative species and will not tolerate your presence. Ours is the way of logic,
of cold hard reason: your irrationality, your human disease has no place in the necrontyr. Flesh is weak.
Surrender to the machine incarnate. Surrender and die. ++
