So this is a kind of blogish/rolling thread but doesn't really suit the painting/modelling section so I hope I've stuck it in the right place.

So right now my Necrons are few in number and still on the building table. My plan right now is to gather up the following
4 Getting started boxed sets
4 Immortal sets
2 Doom Scythes
1 Wraith set (ideally I'd pick up the back parts as that's all I'd need, but honestly considering how versatile this kit is, conversion wise, I suspect they are going to be hard to source without just getting a whole box myself)

This will thus give me a starting core of:
At least 3 Lords
1 Destroyer Lord Conversion (already got the old metal spyder parts to do this)

40 Warriors with converted gun barrels (using immortal parts)
10 Deathmarks
10 Immortals with Tesla
12 Scarabs

2 Triarch Stalkers (with converted no-rider/driver)
2 Doom Scythes (converted with stalker+wraith parts)

I'll also have up to 8 spare warriors from this, I might lose one or two to painting/conversion practice, but otherwise they will likely wait a while till I pick up some immortal spare parts for the guns.
