Does the buggy kit come with the ability to make a scortcha buggy or are those conversations?

Nope your going to be doing conversions unless they redo the kit ..The Skorcha Buggy was a metal skorcha and tank that mounted on the back of a wartrakk..(2nd/3rd edition era)
I suspect that some more ork kit reworks are going to happen for the new Codex..

Ok so if I buy a buggy kit and put scortcha on it instead of big shoota it'll suffice?

Buy a trukk and convert it.

Or a wartrakk.

But the Trukk is only a few bucks more for a much better model, with bits you can use for other kits/conversions as well. Really really like the trukk kit.

The warbuggy is ancient, small and frankly, not a very fun kit, especially for the price =/ It needs updating badly.

He has some awesome buggy conversions.

Agreed, if you have even basic conversion skills, converting e.g. a trukk into a buggy will give a much better buggy. (And 2 trukk kits have enough bits to create 3 unique buggies.)

The standard buggy kit is terrible, unless you replace both crew and super-detail everything else.

I actually like the design of the current buggy, not sure why though.
It's easy enough to convert a buggy from a trukk which does look pretty good.
