This looks pretty much something I was thinking. Tervigon with gaunts bubblewrap. But something hydra really wants is genestealers in big units to benefit from doctrine and being recycled with stratagem. Try a combination of genestealers and lictors.

Yeah, this list turned out to be a rolling gunline. Making room for stealers would be a very different list. Getting into contact would be a major issue. Also the endless strat only works in pl, otherwise you have to reserve too many points.
