So we all know that Eldar "created' Slaanesh and for all eternity "She who thirsts" will consume Aeldari souls.
But what about the other gods?
Aside from Slaanesh, can an Eldar be corrupted by Khorne, Tzeentch or Nurgle? To the point of being a Daemon Prince?
There doesn't seem to be much fluff on this. Even the Dark Eldar, who aren't above using Daemons, don't truly worship Chaos.
I also think it's funny how similar some of the original Eldar pantheon are to the Chaos gods: Khorne/Khaine, Tzeentch/Cegorah, for example.

Given that the gods exist in every dimension and reality, I'm not even sure any of the 40k races actually created them, more like they just attracted a part of the greater whole into our reality, there is a big issue with "humans" created the gods or "eldar" created slaanesh, why did the war in heaven no create any chaos gods, where was Khorne ?
We are led to believe that khorne came into being during the Middle Ages, so humanity created this god? No it doesn't add up, it's inconsistent so I don't believe the chaos gods are actually native to our warp, i think it's allegorical.

It seems or it's hinted the original Chaos Gods was embodied in some way on the original Eldar pantheon.
Khaine/khorne , Nurgle/Isha , Tzeentch/Cegorach as quick examples or ideas.
Yet some of the Eldar gods had powers that affected the Eldar in more intense ways
It seems the Eldar managed to control themselves enough to not fall in their predations but i recall reading somewhere some of them could strand themselves in such ways (like demonic possesion) and those individual didn't last long.
In the past there was some fluff refering to Eldar champions of Chaos (Slaanesh ones where know to be one of the most loyal and powerful ones) but it seems it's an idea abandoned in the early drafts of the eldar lore.

Interesting with the possession thing. Hadn't read that before. There's new fluff in the daemons of chaos codex that suggests possession by other gods is possible as a chunk of Saim Hann got their population possessed when they had to excise it to curb a nurgle infestation.
I suppose the thing to remember with eldar is that, to all intents and purposes, Slaanesh owns their souls. Whether this is the case or Slaanesh just thinks it's the case probably doesn't matter too much.
I expect the other Gods would have little cheats and tricks to snatch them from under her nose, but it'd really piss her off so they'd either need a foolproof plan or a pretty solid reason to do it. That and by and large most eldar are savvy enough to know that dealing with malefic powers is a pretty high-risk game for them.
Whenever I've made chaos eldar characters I've always tried to provide both the eldar with a desperate enough situation to make turning to the other Chaos powers seem like the better of two options, and also the God in question a solid reason for risking the wrath of Slaanesh by stealing her property.

It's often stated that Chaos gods are fueled by emotions. But I wonder how Eldars fit into this.
They used to have their gods, but didn't really fueled them through their emotions. And Ynnead isn't powered by its followers as much as it's powered by the souls of the infinity circuit it consumes.
It's unclear how it works for Harlequins, but apparently they don't need to torture people like DE, and don't need to wear soulstones to protect their souls from Slaanesh.
So I don't really know if Eldars can be linked to Chaos gods the same way humans can.
Also, Eldar know a lot about Chaos, and are less likely to be tricked into worshiping a Chaos god than a human would be. They would have to do that knowing exactly what they're getting into. But Eldars don't necessarily see Chaos boons, or even deamon prince-hood as something to shoot for.
Dark eldars want to live forever, and believe they can do it on their own, without becoming some god's puppet. They want power, but not under the conditions the Chaos god ask for.
Craftworlders still dream of the pre-fall era, when they used to re-incarnate peacefully. Some believe they can go back to a pre-fall status (through Ynnead's victory, mostly), others are kinda okay with being trapped in an infinity circuit forever. And their path system is the polar opposite of what makes a good chaos follower.
Like Ynneadwraith said, Eldars would need a desperate enough situation to turn to Chaos. Or some type of possession/infection of course.

Well, Eldar are actually capabale of a range of emotions far more potent than a human, but like the Vulcans of Star Trek, they have learned to suppress them (or in the case of Dark Eldar, how to separate them from their innate psychic ability to the point of atrophy).
So basically, it looks like the major reasons were don't see Eldar falling to the Chaos powers as often as humans is because Aeldari truly are a superior race. Nice
I'm just surprised that a race that is credited for the creation of one of the big 4, and has an ancient pantheon with similarities to the other 3, would not actually fall to said powers as often.
Especially Tzeentch or Khorne. You would think that with as psychic and scheming as the Eldar are, there would be some temptation to follow Tzeentch.
Or a particularly bloodthirsty follower of Khaine might just take that next bloody step towards Khorne
The fact that this does not happen often just goes to show how disciplined the Aeldari mind/psyche really is compared to the Mon-keigh

In the Dark Eldar Path novels a Warlock is turned to Tzeentch. It just doesn't come up much because the entirety of Eldar society is geared around avoiding Chaos and because most Eldar turning to Chaos would have consequences Seers can prevent it.
There's probably much more turning amongst Corsairs though.

The 2nd ed Eldar codex mentions Eldar Chaos Champions. That was in reference to Slaanesh, though I don't think it's difficult to envision rare occasions where Eldar outcasts and pirates fall to the worship of Khorne, or where Seers make pacts with Tzeentch. I'm not sure about Nurgle but the Death Guard codex tells of some Eldar on Saim Hann being possessed and used by Nurgle daemons against their will.

Seeing as the Eldar have a history of 10000 years of downfall, despair and slow extinction behind them I'm surprised that not all of them have turned to Nurgle, yet.
