I'm an ork player, so I've never had the luxury of building with multiple codexes. It's been complicated and confusing for me. I have a beta version of a list I'm building and would like to ask if the list is working the way I am intending it to work. Here's the list:

You'll note that I have a detachment per codex; CSM, Death Guard, and Deamons. I know recently there was a FAQ that restricted the stratagem use of Daemon codex stratagems on other units that only have the keyword DAEMON, they must have the faction keyword DAEMON. So in light of that, here are my questions:

1a) The Epidemius "Tally of Pestilence" ability impacts NURGLE DAEMONs RAW. Does it impact my Obliterators? They have the DAEMON faction keyword, and the <Mark of Chaos> faction keyword (that is replaced by NURGLE).
1b) Does the ability impact my Plagueburst Crawlers? Who have the DAEMON keyword and the NURGLE faction keyword.
1c) Does the ability impact my Demon Prince in the CSM detachment? Who has the DAEMON keyword and the <Mark of Chaos> faction keyword (being replaced by NURGLE).

2) Similar to question 1, because I am aligned to Nurgle my characters in my Nurgle detachment are eligible for the Locus of Virulence aura, which once again impacts NURGLE DAEMONs within 6" of them. Does this aura apply in to a similar type of units to question 1?

3) Does my Alpha Legion spearhead detachment achieve the requirements for the -1 to hit chapter trait?

4) My Demon Prince in the Alpha Legion detachment is there for the psychic power Warptime (as it seems my Death Guard Demon Princes can not cast this spell?), if he is pledged to Nurgle and remains in that Alpha Legion detachment can he still cast that spell? (assuming he casts it on someone with the HERETIC ASTARTES keyword).

5) If I bring Mortarion in this list, and make him my warlord, does he unlock a free relic with each of his relevant factions? As my army would be lead by a DEATH GUARD, NURGLE and HERETEIC ASTARTES warlord.

6) If I change my Obliterators to be aligned to Slaanesh instead of Nurgle, does that in any way mess up access to any of the above questions? I'm aware that at a minimum the Obliterators would be ineligible for NURGLE DEAMON abilities, but I am wondering if it also messes up chapter tactics or the demon loci (this might be a super dumb question)

7) And just to confirm, I'm aware that they made that demon FAQ to stop people from deep striking Mortation, but I'm still able to deep strike a Great Unclean One for 2cp, correct?

The restriction is for stratagems only, not auras. It also is a special snowflake FAQ that ignores the RaW, so it doesn't apply to anything other than Daemon Stratagems, it's not a generalised clarification.

1) Yes to all. Oblits has their faction keyword changed to a normal keyword however via errata.

2) Yes.

3) Yes.

4) Yes.

5) No, Mortarian is not a "Chaos Space Marine" unit. Page 156 of Codex: CSM defines what a "Chaos Space Marine Unit" is. Mortarian doesn't satisfy these requirements.

6) No, since ALPHA LEGION has no god restriction. The Oblits are not in a detachment that would affect the Demonic Loci, so there is no downside other than no longer being NURGLE DAEMONS for aura purposes.
