I thought I read that this would be an exclusive mini only available in GW on feb 24th. Is that correct? or could I order it from my FLGS? (closest GW is well over an hour away)

Wait, when was this confirmed? I thought it was a random anonymous source that said Eisenhorn was getting a mini?
