Subject: Question about 3d printed

So last summer I spent a while designing and printing a custom trukk for the Orks. I had my fun printing and painting the thing. When I posted the results online, someone asked if I had posted the stl files anywhere.
Truth be told, I don't know where the heck I'd post anything 40k related. I could probably find some random site to post it to, but I just wanted to know if there's any place 40k people frequent more often. Would rather if I'm going to post my work somewhere, it be where it'd be useful to people.
I've also never uploaded a 3d model to anywhere before. There are a total of around 150 parts to the thing, will this cause issues with uploading It? Like, would I need to make a part 1, part 2, etc.?
Also, when I made the thing, I can remember at least 3 parts that needed sanding down somewhere before they would fit into place. With my workload at school, it's going to be hard enough making time to isolate the most recent file of each part. So would it be too much of an issue to leave the parts as is, or is it a dealbreaker and I shouldn't even bother?
Sorry if this is in the wrong category, couldn't think of where else to put it. Also this was done from an iPad before class, so there may be some stuff wrong with my post.

I get my STLs from Thingiverse:
https://www.thingiverse.com/search?q=orks
There's a lot on there. Look at how they present theirs and do that.

Oh wow, that site is awesom.
Had an "well, crap" moment though. Seeing larger projects on there tells me I'll need to make an assembly of the thing. (Aka, put the parts together in a 3d program.) that's gonna take time.

Get building...
But, knowing what you're up against doesn't mean yours won't get looked at. Just make sure you agree with the licensing models in use in there.

It's less looked at and more "do people want to build one?" At this point I showed off the one I've built, now I'd just be proud if it was neat enough for someone else to want to build it.
But yeah, what do you mean licensing models? Like, if it looks a lot like a GW model I can't post it, or if it uses ork themes I have to add a reference?

Thingiverse is a great site for 3D printing anything to do with miniatures, I printed off a whole bunch of terrain pieces for my local club. We still have to paint them but they've purchased some paint so they can be completed.
Uploading 150 bits could be problematic and putting into subassemblies would be a better idea especially for the end user.
Good work though on getting that far, printing models is one thing, making them is quite another!

Each item on the site has the "License" icons listed for it.
This is more to protect your design, as opposed to whether GW will come after you.
When you upload, it will ask what ownership you want to keep on the design. It lets people sell your design or the printed item, depending on the license you upload it with.

Ok, still in the process of uploading the other parts, but I've got part 1 up. I tried to break it up into assemblies, but don't know if I did it ok. I also tried to add an assembled view and exploded view for the part being assembled. If you look at it, does any of it make sense?
