Hi, if I play eldar alaitoc, and ally with dark eldar warriors will the dark eldar warriors receive the -1 to hit bonus from the craftworkd or will they still use their "Kabal"??

Only altioc units in a detachment that is entirely altioc can get the altioc bonus.

Dark Eldar Warriors do not have the <CRAFTWORLD> faction keyword, so cannot benefit from the Craftworld Trait. In addition, you need to put the Warriors in their own detachment otherwise you'll lose the Craftworld Trait on your Craftworld Eldar.

No, because in order for a detachment to be Ynarri you need one of the special characters as your Warlord, none of whom have the <CRAFTWORLD> tag, as per the Index: Xenos 1 errata.

So how does all the tournaments alaitoc/ynnard lists work, if they are separated in two detachments and the soulburt ability only applies for the ynnard detachment but not the alaitoc?

Yes, that's exactly it. You can have an Alaitoc detachment and an Ynnari detachment, only the first one gets a Craftworld trait, but you can still use Craftworld stratagems on Ynnari units that have the correct keyword. As in, you can then use an Alaitoc atratagem on an Ynnari unit, as long as that Ynnari unit is also from Craftworld Alaitoc. This is one of the reasons people play both Ynnari and non-Ynnari detachments.

This gives you an Ynnari Detachment and a Alaitoc Detachment. You now may use Craftworld/Alaitoc stratagems on any unit that meets the requirements, including the Ynnari units.

Let's say you have an Ynnari detachment containing some units, one of which is a unit of Rangers. You have chosen Alaitoc as that unit's Craftworld.

You also have an Alaitoc detachment containing some units. These are not Ynnari, as it wouldn't be a Craftworlds detachment then. This detachment "unlocks" stratagems from the Craftworlds codex for you, without a Craftworlds detachment you can't use them.

You can use the stratagem Matchless Agility on the Rangers because they are an Asuryani unit, even though they're also Ynnari. You can also use the Pathfinders stratagem on them, because they're also an Alaitoc Ranger unit, even though they're Ynnari.

This was the secret sauce of the Ynnari LVO lists that did so well. You have Yvraine, Dark reapers and Shining spears in a Ynnari detachment. Now you get Soulburst for double move or double fire. The rest of the army is Alaitoc with a -1 to hit.

The OP part of it is the psychic ability Yvraine can cast to force a Soulburst. It is the equivalent of the 2 CP strategem of other factions that allows you to fire twice without having to spend the command points.
