Question is in the title.

In 7th edition deathwatch vets could carry a stormshield and a bolter. Now in 8th edition you can replace your boltgun with up to two items from the deathwatch equipment list or one weapon (which includes the boltgun).

So i assume that i can't take a stormshield and a boltgun anymore? Or do i missread something on page 171 of INDEX: Imperium 1?

Yes, you can replace the Boltgun with two items.
Both Storm Shield and Boltgun are listed in the Deathwatch Equipment, so you can take both.

Thanks for the answer. I think i was confused from the sentence: One weapon can be choosen from the following list.

Thought that you can only take two items from the above list or one weapon from the list below.

No, it's max. 2 from the top and max. 1 from the bottom list.
The warscroll allows for a maximum of 2 items in total.
