Regarding this ability; does it count if a unit engaged with Nugle, loses there last model due to moral?
The workding is:

Tally of Pestilence: The Tally of Pestilence starts the battle at 0. Add 1 to the Tally whenever a unit (friend or foe)
is destroyed by a NURGLE DAEMON unit, and look up the result on the chart below. The results are cumulative.

No. Morale is independent of units.

I guess that a unit finished off by an exploded nurgle daemon vehicle would count to the tally, right?
